Did the installation work in a timely fashion. Had problem with one of the hoses which I repaired. I mentioned that the hose developed pin hole leaks and he should check with his supplier. Had an issue with the pump stopped working called him and he came out to find something sucked into the motor. I had a question regarding the filtering system and he did not reply to call.I guess his service is great for the initial setup and install but follow up he fell short in my book.

They had been great. They seemed very professional and he seemed quite ready. He was very courteous and he came out on time. He called ahead in fact to let me know he was coming. They did a very good job. When we had a problem with it when they had finished, they came back and fixed it. It was a fair price.

Description of Work: Country Pond did an excellent job cleaning out our waterfall pond and connecting the pump, motor, and fittings. Pat was attentive to the details, spent time educating me on how to maintain the equipment, and clearly took pride in his work.
