 + -1 moreFrank came on time as scheduled and his work was very neat. He was very honest and realistic about how to control the problem. There is no up sell or contract that is forced on you like the big chains, but an honest assessment of how frequent the treatment will need to be as well as the prevention measures we need to take ourselves.
Description of Work: Frank came in to spray for roaches in the kitchen, basement, and bathroom,as well as to identify and treat the presence of carpenter ants on an exterior surface. After living in our house for 5 years we were hit with an infestation of roaches from packaging that we received.

 + -1 moreI'VE ONLY USE THEM TWICE. I'VE GIVEN THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT SOMEONE YOU NEED ALL THE TIME. I DON'T CALL THEM ALL THE TIME BECAUSE I DON'T NEED THEM ALL THE TIME. THERE WERE NO PESTS SO WE DON'T NEED THEM THAT OFTEN.
Description of Work: THIS YEAR IT WAS WASPS IN THE CRAWLSPACE INSIDE OF THE ROOF. HE HAD TO DO IT FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. HE SEALED IT, AND THAT WAY WASPS WON'T GET IN. THERE WAS A NEST, AND NOW IT'S GONE.

 + -1 moreI HAVE BEEN USING THEM NOW FOR ABOUT TEN OR FIFTEEN YEARS. IF I WAS DISSATISFIED I WOULD NOT BE USING THEM. AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY ARE REASONABLE. I HAVE NOT DONE RESEARCH TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS A SMALLER PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY EXTERMINATE THE BUGS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE IN EVERY ROOM OF THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHEY'RE VERY GOOD. AGAIN I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS. MY MOM HAS USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING IF YOU WANT THEM TO COME AT A CERTAIN TIME OF THE DAY, AND THEY NEVER MESS THAT UP. IF YOU CALL WITH AN EMERGENCY, THEY'LL COME QUICKLY.
Description of Work: IT WAS JUST INDOOR SPRAYING AND PUTTING DOWN BUG TRAPS AND THE OVERALL CHECKING OF THE HOUSE.
