American Quality were professional, flexible and communicative. The job required ingenuity and stick-to-it-ness. They were sensitive to budget, and offered suggestions on different approaches they could take to get the job done. Their work included mending/replacing exterior plywood wall, exterior painting and fireplace maintenance.

Responded quickly to my inquiry, and was able to schedule gutter cleaning same day. They did a great job, texted pictures of the work - before and after. While they were cleaning gutters, they found sealant holes around our chimney flashing and gave an estimate to repair which we accepted. Overall, we are very happy with the service. Easy to communicate with as well.

The service was great but there is only one problem, some of my flowers were destroyed i the process and a wire was left hanging from the roof.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Out of 4 estimates I chose them and was impressed with the speed and quality of the work. They cleaned up everything. I would recommend them highly.

VERY quick response to work inquiry. From inquiry to being at my door... 1 hour! I did NO shopping around so I couldn't speak to value for money... The tech was professional, courteous, and gave frank advice. Also advised on how to properly use my fireplace to prevent hazzards.

The team member that came to my home was professional and gave great advise. He cleaned the chimney well and kept the area clean. He also patched parts of the roof.

Installed a new damper chain. We thought it was not working, and they paid a return visit. But nothing was actually wrong and they did not charge for the service call. Very friendly and helpful guy both times.
