Not good. He arrived promptly for the estimate. Said he find where they were coming In from and would seal up the house and return in a couple of weeks to make sure that they were gone. Called him numerous times to come back and give the all clear so we could clean the mess in the attic from the bats and get paid at that time. After a couple of months we gave up and went ahead and cleaned the attic. He never returned to collect his money. Guess what. The bats are back or never left. Would not use again.

He performed a thorough exam of the house, interior and exterior. He set multiple traps and then returned twice to check the traps ( a week between each visit) and remove the rodents. In addition, he sealed both inside and outside wherever the critters could get in the house, He is very responsive, professional and nice. The work is guaranteed for a year, in that he will return if needed to address any returns. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did and our house has been quiet since his first visit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a critter problem!
