I want to start by telling you that I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I feel it is necessary to let you know what I feel about Syracuse Tile and Marble. I dealt with the owner Sal and two gentlemen by the names of Ryan and Dave. I must say that they are the friendliest and most helpful guys ever. Sal, the owner, worked out every detail with me from beginning to end. He was awesome in helping me design the natural stone backsplash for my newly updated kitchen. I told him I wanted to do the project myself and he fully encouraged me to do so, instead of trying to convince me to pay to have it done. I had a million questions in which he was so helpful in answering every one of them in full detail. I never felt like I was bothering him in the least. The product he helped me pick out is exquisite and made my new granite countertops really pop. His staff was also great in every way from showing me the many products available, right down to carrying my order to my truck. They feel like family after a few short visits. I suggest that you give these guys a good look when shopping for tile, granite, or marble. Although I did the labor myself, I saw pictures of some jobs that they have completed, showing me that they are superior in their craftsmanship if you would like them to create a masterpiece in your home.
Description of Work: I purchased all the materials to install a kitchen backsplash.
