I called to have them come out to give an estimate for the door and opener. They showed up on time 8 30 AM. I showed the tech that the opening to my garage was not a standard size, 6' 3". That was not a problem, they can make any size door. He wrote up the estimate on the spot. The price was hundreds less than the other company I got an estimate from for the same work. They said about 2.5 to 3 weeks to get the door. On time again, they came out on 4/10/2014 to install. GREAT JOB! We're more then pleased. Makes the building look so much better. They also did not ask for any money down, a hand shake was all they needed to start the job. Nice! We have one more door to replace, we will be calling them again to do the work.

Everyone in this company --from the person who did the estimate to the staff in the office and the installer--was extremely professional, courteous, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Installer made sure that we were comfortable with the system and thoroughly explained the safety features that were so important to us as we have two small grandchildren.

Fast and inexpensive. Will recommend to anyone.

The chain had come off the garage door opener and the door was out of alignment. David W. arrived 2 hours into the 4-hour expected call time. Cheerful and friendly despite the freezing weather, he went right to work after helping me move a heavy canoe which blocked his access to the garage door opener. He had it completely repaired within 30 minutes. He also mentioned that the motor had not been installed correctly and that he'd gone ahead and replaced the missing bolts without charge. The door works better than it has in years.

These guys were great. The came when they said they would, were pleasant and friendly, worked fast, gave estimates in advance, made changes when requested. I would use Senke any time. And they have been around for a long time.

Have a 35 plus year old 16 ft. wooden garage door. One of the overhead springs broke and had them replace both of them. Also replaced locking bar and handle. This door is not in the best of shape but good enough for me. He made no attempt to hard sell me a new door after quoting price for repair and new door. Took him about an hour. Friendly, courteous, pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and would definitely call them again if needed.

From the first phone call to paying the bill, everything went smoothly and professionally. They asked for information over the phone so that they could come to my house once, with the parts they needed, and be done with the repair. They arrived when expected (on the coldest day of the winter!), did their work, and left. My 19 year old son simply let them into the garage. They took the broken spring with them and left no mess. The only way I knew they were there is that the door worked again and they left a VERY resonable bill. I would highly recommend Senke and will call them again when needed! It was so refreshing to have a repair taken care of so easily and problem free! Thank you!

Excellent! When I called, it was right before Christmas. I was given the earliest date after the holiday and a two hour window for arrival. I was called to confirm and told he was on his way. He showed up close to the beginning time of the window. When I received the invoice it was already discounted for Angie's List.

Very pleased. I've read that the springs should be replaced in pairs. However when the tech came I requested that he quote a new door as well as repair the current door / springs. In an effort to keep costs down (knowing a new door is in our future), he at least offered to replace just the broken spring. Which I appreciate. I'm sure that they make profit on parts as well as the service call. I'm almost certain that most companies would require both be replaced. We opted for replacing both, but it was nice to at least have the choice. I went with Senke's based upon Angie's list reviews. I'm happy and will choose them for the new door when that time comes.

Prior to the install, they came over to provide a free estimate that included 2 options. The 1st option involved them supplying both the garage door opener and install. The 2nd option provided a flat rate for installing a craftsman garage door opener. Since I couldn't figure out how to apples to apples compare the garage door opener they quoted to the ones the pricing (and reviews) that are available online & through Lowes & HD & because I had a large Sears gift card, I decided to purchase a craftsman opener for them to install. They did the install quickly & even re-attached handles on the garage door that had come loose at no charge. The installer was friendly & did a great job explaining the ins and outs of our new door. One thing I'd note is that I encountered a busy signal & an answering machine message more often than I would have expected during business hours in the course of scheduling the estimate, asking questions, & having the install complete. That said, all my messages were answered by someone who really knew her stuff. Email seemed to work well for both of us.

Replaced tension springs that had failed, and adjusted and lubricated door and mechanism.

Came during promised time window. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my broken spring and gave me several options to consider regarding my door.

It turned out to be an "easy" job for them and were very fast so only charged me for half a service call. In addition, fixed the light bulb and greased all the joints. Lastly, he tested and retested to make sure everything was functioning properly. Very pleasant to do business with.

I was very pleased with Senke's service. The technician arrived on time and was professional and instructive. He found other issues besides those I called about, and fixed those too.

Went very smoothly. Arrived within the promised time frame. Discovered we had a very frayed cable - we knew about the broken spring. Accomplished the whole job in less than an hour. Gave us an evaluation of our whole system. We are very happy with both the extremely efficient and friendly serviceman. We also appreciated that the woman who scheduled the service call was friendly and very helpful.

They came and did a free estimate of repair to my garage door. I ended up getting a new garage door. They let me use a coupon for $30 off and it was done in about an hour.

Wonderful experience. The technician was on time for both the intial appointment and the actual service appointment. He was professional, friendly and quick. And my new garage door openers work great. He even oiled the old garage doors for free. Price was just about what I expected to pay. Couldn't be happier with the results and I wouldn't definitely recommend the company.

Fantastic! Service was great. Customer service on phone excellent too. Measurements were perfect for other contractor to resize opening. Took time to explain the new side opener and maintenance. No problem coming back a few months later for some minor adjustments. Installers were very knowledgeable.

One of the springs broke on my garage door, and the safety cable also broke. I'd read that it was best to replace both springs so I opted for that (each spring was $17, $$ for the service call was the same no matter how many springs were replaced.) The repair person was great! He was courteous. I gave the guy the Angie's list member coupon, and he actually gave me a larger discount than that. He also oiled the wheels on the door. Responded to all my questions (how often I should do that, etc) in a friendly and courteous manner. I would highly recommend Senke's to anyone needing garage door repair.

We will absolutely us Senke again!! The repairman, Chris, was professional both days (one day to figure out the problem and another to fix the problem) he visited our home and was very clean after the job was done. The office staff who I spoke with were also pleasant and professional.
