Chris was excellent and right on time for the service. I was nervous the cost of repair would be high and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. Very smoothe from start to end. Called Senke to get my garage door springs replacement. The service tech (Tim) was very pleasant. Overall great experience and would definitely call again in the future. Very reasonably priced as well.

They were able to show up within 2 hours and the service was excellent! No up-selling for a new door. Also fixed the sensitivity settings. Gave me some advice on painting it since we are selling the house soon. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Told me what the home inspectors look for. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

Everybody that I dealt with was wonderful, from the guy that came to do the estimate, the girls on the phone and the installer. I was not home for the install but my mother-in-law was there and she said the guy was very nice, moved fast and definitely knew what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them.

Service guy was great. I gave him the box for my new 3/4 HP Craftsman opener. He put it all together quickly and installed it without any problems. He showed me how to operate it and that was it. It's nice that they installed the brand of my choice, as I really like Craftsman. What more can you ask for? He even replaced a broken hinge for free.

I've used Senke a couple of times over the 20+ years I've been in my house. This, I think is the third time I've called them. They have always been very nice and responsive. On today's date, they gave me a window of arrival between 9 am and 11 am. At 9 am he was pulling into my driveway. The serviceman came right in, very upbeat and polite, shook my hand and got right to work on the door. He said it would take him about thirty minutes and it did. Side note: During my initial conversation he knew the exact dates when they were at my house last and the exact work they performed. I found this very professional and nice to hear. I offered coffee which he politely declined. No BS at all. He got right to work. All the equipment he needed was right on his truck. I was able to pay by any means that I'd wanted to and chose credit card which he obviously accepted and I received a receipt. When the work was done he took the extra time to oil the tracks and wheels and do a little bit of preventative maintenance on the electric garage door opener. All in all, great company. When the garage door initial broke, I really did not stress over it because I knew who to call and I knew what type and quality service they would perform. They had previously placed a few stickers on the garage door and on the motor housing. They were small stickers with the company name and telephone number on it. I knew they were there when I needed it. Highly recommended. Please buy with confidence from this company.

Repairman showed up within scheduled time window. He promptly repaired the one door and adjusted the other door. He was very pleasant and said he would move anything that he needed to. Before I knew it, he was finished and the bill was much less than I anticipated.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and the service provider was very courteous and professional. Our garage door is working well again and we're thrilled.

They've replaced the frames and springs when they've broken, replaced or repaired openers, added touchpad and key entry. I am currently scheduling with them to replace both my garage doors. I've had so many contractors take shortcuts and disappear after being paid. They've never had to come back and do anything twice but I am confident that they stand behind their work.

The technician was polite. He showed up at the end of the two hour period that they told me, but he did call 30 mins before he arrived which was as promised. He assessed the situation quickly. Seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He reused the existing parts where possible so I didn't feel like I was being sold new parts for no reason. Was honest and knew what he was doing.

We had a torsion spring break. We've had the house for 2 years and Seneke's sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I contacted them through Angie's List and scheduled the service. My first availability was 4 days out, and they had an appointment free that day. The service person showed up right on schedule, promptly got to work, and had the new spring all set and our door working perfectly in about 30-40 min, tops. The service person also said they give a 1-year warranty on their work, which sounds good to me. It looks like they've been the go-to garage door service company for the previous two owners of our house, and we can see why. We'll definitely use them in the future any garage door needs.
