They were very professional and took the time to make sure the new door operated optimally, even working to make adjustments for a not-quite-square opening. I am very pleased with their service and would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Senke's friendliness, promptness, cost and high quality of workmanship. Twice in the last 18 months or so, our garage door opener malfunctioned (completely unrelated problems). They were quick to come out and make repairs quickly. In fact, when the service person was here last, he completely replaced cables and springs to make the door open easily and safely. Each time the price was reasonable and fair.

Description of Work: Senke did an excellent job of repair of our garage doors. The doors are older and required a bit of extra steps to complete repair. I would certainly recommend them .

Description of Work: Installed garage door. They did not honor the Angie's List $50 discount as agreed to previously. They did not communicate work order changes or price changes to the customer but proceeded with installation anyways. They did not keep the customer informed nor give them a chance to fact-check or possibly change their mind about the order. This was shady. With all that said, the doors they previously installed seems to have held so the quality appears to be decent. They also forgot to install the I-screw and rope handles for lifting and pulling the door down. Not good customer service at all.

Description of Work: Did a great job and when i had questions a year later regarding something I did, they guided me through it with at no charge. A lot of companies would have just made a service call and charged me for a simple fix I could have done...highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Senke replaced my old garage door with a new metal insulated one. I had visited their showroom and selected the door texture and color I wanted. They sent a rep out to measure, and then called me to arrange installation a few weeks later. The installer was prompt, capable, and courteous, and did an excellent job installing the door. He discovered that over the years some foundation settlement had caused my door opening to go out of square, but the installer was able to use various "tricks of the trade" to make up for the flaws and the door looks great and operates perfectly. I am very satisfied!
