After ordering the Door it tool approximately 2 weeks for the door to come in. They installed both the new door and track system in just a couple of hours. The whole thing cost us 900.00. This included a 10 percent coupon from Angies List. We are very happy and the new garge door has been working flawlessly.

One day our garage door would no longer close. It became misaligned and would jam going down. We called a local home renovation business we've often used, and none of their people could diagnose the problem. They said we probably needed a whole new door and recommended a local provider. That provider never returned our calls. So we found CNY Garage Door on Angie's List. They returned our call promptly, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the door during that first and only visit. They also provided a quote for a new door should we ever need one. Very satisfied with this service.

I called the company the day before and dealt with a very nice young woman who set me an appointment for the following day. I was initially given a 3 hour window for arrival but I contacted the company the morning of service and they gave me a precise time the work was supposed to be begin. The individual who appeared was the owner of the company who arrived within 5 minutes of the time I had been told. I asked him how long everything would take and he gave me an estimate of the total time involved. The work was completed within 10 minutes of his estimate! He removed everything having to do with the old garage door opener and did not try to utilize any of the old parts (as some prior installers I have dealt with have attempted). He even removed all of the old wiring and ran new wiring because he was not satisfied with the way it had been installed before. The job was done as only a true, honest and proud professional could do. He continued to make adjustments to insure everything was right and tested his work once it was completed to made sure everything was perfect. He even oiled the tracks (something I had not requested) so the operation of the door was as smooth as possible. He noted a few things that might need attention in the future but never even asked me if I wanted that work done by him. At the conclusion of the work he gave me a bill that was approximately 33% less than I had been quoted by his office!!!!! I simply cannot say enough positives about this individual and this company and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Truly a great find in this day and age of disappointing contractors and repair people.

Called the company for an estimate to replace a garage door. They came out the next day for the estimate. After comparing several estimates I chose theirs based on price and quality of the doors they install. They day of the install the technician was on time, friendly and professional. When he was done the garage was clean and they hauled away the old door. I will use this company again when I replace my other garage door.

I called them and made an appt for an estimate. The owner of this family business came and did the estimate at the scheduled time. I accepted the estimate and we choose a date several weeks in the future when I would be available. On that date they came on time and got the job done. Everything works perfectly, all work was very professional, excellent finished product. Only thing is, I did not know about the 10% discount before I did the work! I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

In past 2-3 years, they have replaced it for four times, and they have done excellent work every time. They come and do the work quickly. They keep the place clean. They are professional. They have good price. Their promptness and skill impress me.

The diagnosis and treatment was reasonable. It made sense and worked for me. He also lubricated all of the moving parts which I had not asked them to do. That was great.

It was a father and son. I got them through my real estate agent. They were very good. I purchased the door. They ended up putting it on. They put my garage door opener up but they didn't do the electrical because they weren't licensed to do that.

Initial call was polite and scheduled for repair promptly. Technician showed up exactly on time, explained the problem to me and repaired it successfully. Garage doors now operate properly and more quietly.

The tech arrived before the appt. time and the installation went very well. Some adjustments had to be made on the LiftMaster. I also received a senior citizen discount. Pays to be a senior sometimes. I may have to have an additional door opener installed on my husband's garage bay since he loves opening and closing that garage door with the LiftMaster.

I showed him my damaged door. He told me not to activate the door too many times more or it would come apart entirely. He explained that he could fix it for a very reasonable price as, if I ordered a new door from him, the delivery time would be 4 or 5 weeks. If I had him fix it that day. He promised it would work beautifully and I could order a new one in the Spring if I want to. I'm really pleased with the whole experience !!

They were very punctual when giving on-site estimate and also day of installation, work completed in a timely manner, they did a professional job, the door operation was explained satisfactorily, and the company owner completed job himself and was very personable and professional. They did a superb clean-up after the job completion.
