Gave a 2 hour window and showed up near the end of it, but installer let me know he was here and verified what I ordered before he began. He was done in less than 2 hours, cleaned up and presented me with the bill. All was done professionally and courteously. Very happy with the job and would use again.

Appointment booked within the same week at a convenient time for me. Technician, (Dave) arrived on time and went right to work. Old/broken tension springs were removed and replaced with new springs, opening system inspected, rollers tightened and lubricated. Job completed in under 1 hour! Payed with credit card and Angie's list coupon saved me 10%! :) Dave was friendly and professional. He provided tips for opening the door during a power outage and readily answered any of my questions. I will call Senke's the next time I need service on my garage door and I will recommend them to my friends, :)

Left message on voice mail Sunday; call returned Monday morning. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Friendly, professional installer. Told me how long it would take and cost. Used coupon on Angie's list. Did what I asked and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly (as my son-in-law had advised was needed.) I chose this provider because of the high rating on Angie's List. I'm glad to add my high rating to the other ones.

My appointment was between 3-5 pm and Chris called just before 4:00 to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived in just a few minutes. He was very efficient and friendly, identified the problem right away, and went about fixing it. In doing so, he saw other problems, like a bolt missing, the main spring being too tight, and the door not closing all the way. He fixed all these, even with a few blips along the way, lubricating various parts, and even gave me a new light bulb! He just left, so it was less than an hour all told. Absolutely great work.

The repair person drove out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found the gears needed replacing in one door and the other door just needed lubricating and adjusting. I was expecting a much bigger repair bill. I will definitely use this company again.

I came home one day to find my garage door would not open. I consulted Angies list and discovered that Senke's had good reviews and so I called. They were able to come within a few days. The situation was quickly evaluated and it was determined that it was the drive train on the garage door opener . I was offered the option to repair or replace. Since our opener was over 20 years old I opted to replace. They had to come back another time, but the job was done quickly. The following week I heard a crash and discovered that a wire had broken on the garage door. I called again and because I needed to get out for appointment they accommodated me and sent someone out the next day. This time it was a broken spring. They replaced both springs and because they had come the week before only charged for half a service call. They also give a discount for members of Angie's list and seniors. I would definitely call them again.

A company salesman arrived on time to give me an estimate. They called me within a couple of days to set up an installation appointment. The installer arrived on time, installed the door, and hooked up the garage door opener. The whole job was complete in under 2 hours. I have used this company in the past and will again.

My husband's truck jumped back when I started it and it tried to go out of the garage, and I hadn't opened the door. It was an older, wooden garage door. Senke's CNY Garage Door Company fitted a beautiful new one for me. The experience was excellent, they are top-notch people. They knew what they were doing. I called ahead and went to visit the showroom. They were very punctual and showed up just as soon as we could find a good time to do the job. They were helpful with advice. My old garage door opener had something burned out and they helped me repair it, by bringing out some spare parts. They went above and beyond.

From start to finish, the work went exceptionally well. The installer, David, was extremely professional. They stayed within their original estimate. When I asked him to assign my car's "HomeLink" feature, he was more than willing to do that. Unfortunately, the car is a 2004, and not directly compatible with with the new opener. He offered to come back when I ordered the appropriate adapter and do it for free! I definitely would use these people again!

We called Senke's on Monday to get an estimate to add an opener to our detached garage. A technician came out right away and told us about the possible options. He even mentioned some discounts/deals that could be obtained by printing coupons from the Internet. The quote for the work was extremely reasonable and we accepted. On Friday, of the same week, that same technician came back to do the installation. The entire job took about two hours and, when he was done, he took time to explain all the features of the installed equipment. The charge matched the quote and he accepted our Angie's List coupon. I definitely recommend Senke's Specialty Service to anyone wishing to have a garage door opener installed!

Excellent service and best cost compared to 2 other companies that we contacted.

We had already taken down the old door and put up a new garage door, but we could not finish the install because of a physical injury. We had the rails up and the door in place, but the rails needed to be secured to the ceiling etc. We had purchased two torsion bars to replace the springs on another door that was already installed and for the new door as well. We also purchased a new garage door opener. Tim was on time. He looked the job over and saw that all of the parts he needed were present. He gave us an estimate of how long the job would take and how much it would cost. He finished exactly on time. He was very professional and pleasant. We were so pleased with the job and the price that we didn't use the 10% Angie's List coupon. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Tim. Thank you Senke.

When we called to request an estimate, Senke's came within a few days. The estimate we received from them was the least expensive we had received (all features were comparable) and we had used them in the past, but the fact that everyone on Angie's LIst gave them straight A's was also appealing...as was the coupon! When the installer arrived, he got right to work and the removal of the old door and opener, and the installation of the new door and opener was completed in a little over two hours. He did all the necessary adjustments so it was tight all around and perfectly functional, and then took the time to explain in detail the many features on the opener...they've come a long way since the '70's! He was personable and professional, and the product is excellent. If you need a door or opener, Senke's will leave you a satisfied customer.

He was prompt, efficient and friendly.

The worker came right on time, and it was like a "pit stop" He went right to work, and removed the previously installed gear, tightened the chain, and was done . When I asked how much? He said "No charge" Now those are word's I like to hear!

I wasn't home when they did the work. They are very professional, picked up after themselves, left no mess. Arrived home to a working garage door that looked great and was exactly as promised.

They were terrific. The price was very comparable. It’s a lift master, it’s belt operated, and there’s a battery backup. There’s even iphone connectivity to close your door if you forget. They were the result of a company that I had a bad experience with. Senke is highly recommended. They were on time, proficient, professional, and they were very knowledgeable. They were here when they said they’d be here.
