Description of Work: They came out to inspect our garage door opener, which wasn't working correctly. They were on time, professional, honest and helful. It was an old Stanley, they don't even make them anymore. He said he could mess around and try to fix it, but it made more sense economically to just replace it. So we scheduled an appt and they came back and installed a new unit. The price was reasonable and he was very helpful, suggested looking for coupons he knew they had out in clipper, which saved me $40. I would highly recommend them. When I originally called on xmas eve, they were the only ones who answered the phone and she suggested how to use garage door manually and wait for repair guy to come out during regular hours so I wouldn't pay premium rates.

I give a "B" on quality and price (instead of an "A") simply because I have no way of quantifying "quality" and I did not do price comparisons before I chose Senke - simply relied on Angie's recommendation.

The spring need to be replaced which I have replace with the original manufacturer 4 years ago. Description of Work: They inspected current garage door which is wood and 30+ years old. The door had swollen because of the harsh winter and I had difficulty opening and closing. The rep adjusted a few things and provided new pulleys for the trac at no charge. I then ordered a new garage door. I checked out their line of products on website and compared them to others in town. They were easy to work with. I went to their show room, picked out the style I wanted. They gave me a price, which was less than I expected. Did not try to sell me a more expensive product, but tailored it to my needs and use. We ordered the door and set up an installation date. They were here on time and all went without a hitch. I have had no problems since and my garage is tighter and more secure than before.
