They immediate got to work by stopping the leak and drying the areas, Because of the damages, They had to remodel the kitchen and change flooring. Our home was flooded in 7 rooms. A pipe froze and burst while we were away. There was severe damage done to floors, walls and ceilings. We called Restoration Pro and they came that day to assess the damage and start cleaning. They were professional and helpful at all times and the house looked amazing when done. Avdo was the first to respond out of several companies called. He was prompt to come and evaluate our situation and able to work directly with our insurance company. He was very polite and made sure we understood everything that needed to be done and were comfortable with everything that was goin on. He performed the job steadily and used all natural products. Everything was spotless when they finished and he doubled checked everything a couple days later to be absolutely sure. I would gladly hire him again and recommend that others use his services.
