Description of Work: I have used R & R three times. They are very courteous, nice gentlemen -- people you are not afraid to have in your home and who are careful with your furniture. You don't have to wait weeks for an appointment, which is great since I'm not very good about planning ahead! I can't say whether their prices are competitive. I found them several years ago, liked them and have stuck with a good thing. They have cleaned my berber family room wall-to-wall carpet (a highly used area in my home!) 3 times in the past 8 years. The square footage is apprx 308 square feet (14 ft. x 22 ft). The rug always looks new again. R & R has also cleaned furniture for me and I was happy with the results. The down side is that they have a tendency to run late, so they may not arrive during the window of time they told you. I like to think it's because they take care with all their jobs, but they should probably be more realistic about estimating the time it takes to do a job or to get from job to job. Also, a phone call updating an arrival time would be professional and helpful.

 + -1 moreOverall, it went very well. Carpets looked great and I was very pleased. I thought it was a little pricier than competitors but they responded right away. Good service. Guy was about 45 minutes late but not a big problem.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpets in upstairs of three bedroom house and stair case.

 + -1 moreVery well. They were polite, helpful and efficient. They arrived almost 1 hour after the end of the window they had committed to. Since we had such a small job for them they (as quoted) charged us their minimum ($100) plus $16 tax.
Description of Work: Cleaned 300 sq feet of carpet.
