Always quick to respond and helpful! I’ve recommended Ron Nicotra to many friends who’ve also been very pleased w/Ron’s company!!

We have been long time, good customers and were very satisfied with work done at our home by Sam and then by his son, Ron after Sam retired. I don't know if Ron is still in business i.e., taking on new work or not because he has not returned my calls on Oct 9, Oct. 17 or Oct. 23. I did speak to Ron on 6/4/18 and asked him to clean and inspect the furnace he installed and was told that they do that kind of work in the Fall. I left messages on his business and cell phones on each of the 3 calls mentioned previously and have not had even the courtesy of a returned call. I tried reach Ron one more time on October 24 but decided it was useless to leave another message. Maybe this post will get Ron's attention. Obviously, I cannot recommend doing business with Ron ..... if he is still in business. I'll be looking for another Heating and Air Conditioning contractor.

Quickly fixed the gas valve broken on my mom's furnace & the tune up on my boiler made it work really efficiently!

when he came here he was honest and there was nothing that needed to be fixed. he installed central air unit for my mother in law and has been back since for a couple of service calls on her furnace. He is taken very good care of her and we appreciate it greatly. We wouldnt call anyone else.

Everything went smooth as glass. From getting a quote to the installation, Ron did everything just so right that made our experience working with them a nice one. I plan to do work with them in the future. They were very clean and picked-up the areas in which they were working.

They do great work and go above and beyond. The repaired things that they didn't have to. They repaired some duct work and did not charge me for it. They still come by once a year to make sure everything is still working all right.
