Description of Work: I used Furgesson to order my countertop from Busch. No problem there and Busch did an excellent job. I also ordered and received a Delta kitchen faucet. I did so because the salesperson told me their faucets were of a higher quality than the ones I could get from Lowe's or Home Depot. Just for sport I contacted Delta and was told Furgesson gets the same units as the others. Since I paid $80+ more at Furgesson, I tried to return it. (Within three days of purchase) I got nothing but a run around and was never able to return it.
