Mark was helpful guiding me through this process from the start, would always respond promptly to my calls and offered very competitive, fair pricing. Mark and team arrived on time for the project. with all equipment and had my new fence completed quickly, cleanly, efficiently and friendly service. My neighbor, whose fence cornered to mine, had hers installed also, we were both so satisfied! I would highly recommend Ace Fence.

Everything went great. The day of install I had a tree taken down that morning. They worked around each other with no problems!

Our dog kept breaking through the old deteriorating fence panels, so we decided to replace the fence. After contacting other companies in the area, and receiving quotes, we decided on Ace Fencing. We felt comfortable speaking with Mark and his employees regarding the project. Mark and his employees were professional, and worked tirelessly to ensure the fence was installed properly. After the fence was finished, the installers gave me tips/recommendations that would help the fence last a very long time. Another great perk about Ace Fencing, is that their quote came in over $1000 less than the competitors in the area.

Initially it went well. Mark was responsive and very friendly. His price was right on point and the instillation was on time. However, a few issues have come up with the gate. The posts look as if sunk and the door is constantly tightening up. Mark came over once and loosened the hinge (something we had done once already) which was a short term fix. Plus the gap between the gate hinges and the adjoining fence were seriously uneven. 1 inch apart at the top and about 3 inches at the bottom of the hinge. Another time he came over and said the fence was not correctly attached to the house. He said he repaired that, but we didn't see any difference except a long screw from the house to the fence. Another few calls and some repairmen came out to look and agreed there was an issue with the posts. Before they started digging out the posts we asked if they could add a section so we could hide an AC unit that was unsightly. SURE! no problem. They contacted Mark, gave us an estimate and said they would be back in a few weeks to repair. Mark came out to look and said he was going to write up an estimate (which I assumed wold match the one given to us earlier) and send it to us that evening. It has been more than 3 weeks, no show and we have called at least 5 times and emailed once. We did recommend him to a neighbor and he completed that work, but I will not recommend him for anyone else.

Mark was great! He worked with us to get it exactly how we wanted and adjusted some of the placement to get it perfect. He is professional, courteous, and prompt. When we had questions or issues he responded quickly and came over to discuss the changes with us the next day. His installers are knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best way to proceed with the fence to hit the grade in our yard. The price was much more reasonable than any other company we contacted and he even through in a lattice piece for our deck and double gate with the price of our fence. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for fence work done. I'm so thrilled with our new fence!!

Awesome job!!!!!! We got quotes from 6 companies and ACE was the least expensive and Mark was professional and gave us all of the options we asked for without any high pressure sales pitch. He has been responsive throughout the process and his team showed up bright and early yesterday right on schedule and there was no shortage of workers who made sure every detail was perfect. Mark came back today to do some finishing touches and they went above and beyond in my opinion in helping us make sure that everything was perfect and that any gaps at the base were raked in........We are ecstatic with our new fence and I have had two neighbors come over today and say how jealous they are..........Mark and his team were fantastic all around. Extremely courteous and professional and the best price in town!!!!! Absolutely would recommend them..........I am 100% thrilled with the fence and the job that they did!!!!!!

Mark and his entire team were absolute professionals. We got three quotes and Mark was direct, answered questions quickly and worked within our budget to get the fence we needed in time. His crew was on time, worked hard and overcame some unforeseen challenges along the way. Highly recommended!

Everything went great. They came and installed a safety fence after the pool was installed and while we were waiting for a shed installation. I had to make some changes at the final installation and they accommodated my wishes very well.

The fence is beautiful!!! The crew was polite and professional and the owner, Mark Campolieti, did everything to make us happy. One gate was built too short and would allow the dog to get out so Mark rebuilt it. A double door gate broke free on day 2 and fellapart. Mark took it off, rebuilt it and reinstalled. The new installation was a little off so Mark came back to get it where we are extremely happy. Mark does beautiful work and was the best price in town!

Ace fencing was great. I had originally hired a different company a couple of months before (metro fence) to install fencing. I was screwed by the other company and Ace fencing came to the rescue. The installers were there promptly at 8am the day after the ordered fencing came in and worked till 9pm to finish the job. The fence is level and looks great. Im very happy with the results and would use and recommend them again. From quote to finished installation was less than 2 weeks. Other company still has my deposit and now I have to sue in court to get it back, and have to go to Oswego county to do it.

Mark was great, we discussed what I needed in a fence (just bought a house and have 2 dogs including a 9 month old lab). His guys were on the job fast and completed all of the work over 2 days (one to set the poles and another to run the fence). My dogs now have a 40 x 80 foot area fenced in and can safely move into the new house. Would definitely recommend and do business with Ace Fencing again.

We had partially fenced our yard for aesthetic purposes and privacy, but needed to add to that fence to include our entire backyard to help keep our new puppy contained. Mark came and gave us a detailed estimate of the amount of fencing, the cost and a diagram that we could take to the Town of Salina to get our building permit. The fence installation was completed in two steps. Step 1 was to install the posts and Step 2 was to install the actual fencing and gate. They did a marvelous job joining the two types of fencing (previously installed privacy fence and new chain link fence). They even installed the fence in such a way that our dog will have a hard time trying to get out. The fence looks great, and the quality is good as well. We felt the price was very reasonable, and the time from estimate to installation was very short. Mark is a great to work with and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Ace Fencing to anyone. The dog is happy, and that's what's really important.

Mark came out within a week of my first call to give us what was a very reasonable estimate. We were told it would be about six weeks, and when I called at around that time, they indicated they would be there later that week to install the posts, which they did. They removed all of the old fencing, installed the posts, and then about a week later came back to install the actual fencing. One of the gates was installed backwards, and they promptly came back to fix it properly. Mark listened to our concerns about possible drainage problems where the fence was pretty close to the ground due to un-level terrain. He indicated a willingness to come back and address it should it present a problem. The workers were a little rough (shirtless and cursing), but they did work all day through the rain, and the fence looks great.

I had a good experience and they work with me, they call me back.

.I want to apologize to Mark for my previous review. I did not know he never got my e-mail. I contacted him again and he came to my house today. He took my back yard measures and would provide me with an estimate next Monday. He was very professional and polite. He even forgave me for the bad review. I promised him I would fix it. I am looking forward to work with him. I would write more reviews when the job is completed. So far so good!

Mark was very professional and easy to work with. He came over the day that I called to do measurements, talk about options, and even quoted me for each options at my house. They were highly regarded and were cheaper then the other three companies I had come by for the job. The only issue was the fence style and height that I wanted had to be made because the company they get the material from didnt have it in stock, so the job didnt start until another week and a half after the first expected date. Even with this delay, Mark kept in touch with me a couple of times a week with updates and was encouraging to questions being asked. The day of the job they were at my house a half an hour early and finished before I expected it to be done. Mark and his workers were all nice and professional. Good price, great people and service. I would recommend them to anyone.
