+ -1 moreThe overall experience was horrible I would not recommened SST Improvements. Terry told us that he had to change the company name to not include roofing because of insurance but it is because of the Better Business Bureau were there are other complaints about him
Description of Work: Terry from SST Improvements was to installed a new roof for me. Since he wanted to get into my neighbor he told us he would match the lowest price estimate we received. It then took him over 3 weeks to install a new roof instead of the 4 hours everyone else had quoted since he was doing all the work himself. Once we started having problems with the roof, it was leaking from a skylight in the bathroom, Terry would not return to our phone calls. We now have to replace the whole front of the roof because he had never replaced any boards or sealed our skylights. It is going to cost of $3000 to fix and Terry is still not returning our calls. The new repairman that we had gotten was so upset with Terry's work that he said if we were to bring him to small claims court he would come as a witness to the shotty job that was dones. Funny though, Terry is still in busines.....And we are out $3000
