Olde Towne Gardens of Setauket

I discovered Old Town Gardens through a friends recommendation about 8 years ago (2008). I've been a loyal customer ever since. A relatively new home owner at the time, I was just starting to create the backyard paradise I always dreamed of. The team at Old Town taught me most of what I know. They took the time (countless hours) to teach me how to create beautiful pots, fill gardens and keep them gorgeous through the season. They have a unique variety of annuals, perennial, plants and shrubs. Not only do they go out of their way to help you, they are the most generous business owners I've come across. Over the years I've recommended Old Town Garden's to family and friends, most of whom have made Old Town a critical part of creating their backyard paradise. This place is great. If you like gardening, one walk through this nursery and you'll be hooked. My favorite place to shop.

The Delivery and planting went well. The crew had to plant 10 the first planting and another 5 on the second planting. I had to time this with the irrigation team and my Landscaper. When i called them and told them what my plan was, they were very accommodating and had the trees planted the day before my landscaper came with the 10 yards of mulch. My irrigation guy came the day after that to install my sprinkler system. Shawn and his crew came twice so we can get the second set in perfectly. Even when they encountered problems they worked around it, and got the jobs done. My wife and I continually go back to them to buy more things.

I have been unhappy with two hanging baskets dying quickly due to weather. I took them back and they were very understanding and replaced them. I wanted pots for my yard and a girl put them together for me. They are very customer service oriented. They are generous and go above and beyond what anyone would expect. They please their customers even if it costs them money.
