H20 was professional from the very beginning. I had to change dates several times due to work not being completed outside my home and Scott was more than willing to accommodate. The job when completed was fantastic and I would recommend him without hesitation. One thing that stood out was the responsiveness to my calls and texts; that says a lot. My calls or texts were all responded to in a timely fashion. I even stood them up (my calendar failed me) and he did not make a big deal out of it. I would highly recommend Scott! And I'm not easy to please.

Excellent job! Called back shortly after I left a message to schedule an appointment. They were working in a nearby neighborhood and were able to come to my house that same day. Prompt and professional service.

They spent over 10 hours here doing the work above and did an excellent job. The windows are so clear that it looks like there is no glass in them! The house has never been so clean! No more dirt, mildew, or moss growing on the house! I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Right after Scott did the rain gutter cleaning job and since the quality of work was amazing, I hired Scott for a power wash. THE BEST JOB EVER.

I had scheduled my gutters to be cleaned on a Friday. I received a call that they had a cancellation and was able to do it Monday. They came right on time, were very fast and neat. The price was good and I would recommend them in the future.

Everything went very smoohtly without any hiccups. They even fixed a window screen for me. Very professional!!!

We found H2Only on Angies list and called them based on the excellent feedback. I called and left a message to make an appointment for a simple power washing and gutter cleaning job. After 48 hours, I did not hear back and called again. The owner Scott was very professional and apologized for not getting back to me, but had me on the list to call the day I did. We arranged a meeting at the commercial building for 6pm on Thursday June 13th. At 5:55pm, I received a call on my cell phone from Scott indicating he was stuck in traffic and would be 20-30 minutes late. Since I already arrived, I waited for him. Scott arrived at 6:45pm (45 minutes late) and apologized again. He was very professional, quickly assessed the job, which required a gutter cleaning for 145 feet and cleaning of concrete in a small area. He indicated the cost would be $200, but was very busy this week as he handled the TD Bank Branches and was tied up. So, we agreed he would complete the job the following Friday. Scott would call and I would meet him onsite to pay him on the spot as well. That's where the story ends. I waited 2 weeks for his call, but never heard back. In July, I called another power wash company to give an estimate. He showed up on time. Quoted a price of $150 and completed the job on the spot. H2Only Cleaning Systems owner Scott Dalton was very professional, but obviously too busy to do the job and his follow up was poor. I can not rate his service level of the job as it was not completed. However, can not recommend him based on my experience. Maybe it was a busy month and we wish him well as his overall rating is positive.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Scott came highly recommended by my brother-in-law. He returned my phone call within 48 hours, was at my house for and estimate within a week and the work was completed approximately 10 days later. The majority of my brickwork is 33 years old and now looks brand new. Two men arrived on time and completed the job in a little less than 2 hours. Even better, the only chemical used was hot water. The surrounding lawn and shrubbery were unharmed. We were able to use the patio right away and there was no worry about tracking chemicals across the lawn or into the house. I highly recommend Scott Dalton and plan to use him again.

The service was very good, the price was excellent, but they were 3 hours late and never called to let us know they would be late. I was annoyed he didn’t call to let me know he was running late. He gave me 10% off but I’d rather have had the phone call letting me know in advance that they would be late.

They came and did part of the job only (removing the old stain). They applied the new stain and we were not happy with it. They removed it and said they would reapply a new one. I called them a number of times and after several days they gave me the excuse that they were out of town. The plan was for them to come back last week and do the job but again they did not show. I've left a number of messages but to no avail.

The owner Scott, arrived at my home with additional 2 men. Got right to work immediately, Scott and one helper started inside windows, (I have a lot) and the other helper remained outside working on gutters. Seems he had a great system with all three working. everything ran smoothly, work very neat, I asked Scott if he could dust off a high ledge, I could not get to. Was not a problem! When work was completed, my windows sparkled! will definitely be using h2only cleaning again.

It went very well. They worked efficiently and were neat and careful with our "stuff" ( blinds, curtains etc) and the windows were clean like they had not been since we moved in 2 years ago!!

Scott is the owner of the company and is very involved in quality control. He returned my call promptly, was flexible in setting up the date, sent his crew first thing that morning, and arrived a little bit later to supervise the job. He had been here before so he know what to tell the workers to start on. They worked very hard and I was pleased with the results.

He is always professional, punctual, and polite. He does a great job. We would recommend him to anyone.

Scott came on time, noticed a small repair that was needed while on the ladder. For an extra 10 bucks, he reattached the gutter spout to the gutter, which was causing a problem. There was an Angie's List discount, too. I was happy with the service and will call this vendor again.

I have used H2only Cleaning Systems a couple of times and they are inexpensive. He is a sweet guy and he comes right away. It is like he works day and night from one job to the other. He mostly works alone I think. He also helped me hook back up the gutters after they got unhooked so he is quite nice. I have his card and will definitely use him in the future.

I contacted Scott through this listing and was rewarded with a return phone call within the hour. after some discussion as to what type and size job he would be taking on, a quote was submitted and approved. Work was performed within 72 hours of notifying Scott and completed in one days time. Myself, the house manager and the owners were exceptionally pleased with the outcome and Scott and his crew have returned to the property for additional work and maintenance of main house structure.

Even though it was raining they removed years worth of leaves and branches from my gutters. They then flushed the gutters and downspouts with water.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Easy to get a hold of. Quick to return phone calls. The work was done exactly when he said it would be, at the price that was quoted.

H2only cleaning system left me with very bad impression about them after the ordeal with them. Their name should be H2only DIRTY Systems
