This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to overcharge us almost $1000 for a pool pump. They jumped our fence to "look" at our. Broken pool pump instead of pulling into our driveway so they wouldn't have to see their customers. We don't even know if they were actually here. Another repairmean came and was able to fix the pump after they told us we needed a new one after only 6 months of using it and wanted $1400 for it!! These guys are crooks!!!! Do NOT use them.

the pool never leaked before , since they put in the new liner i'm losing 1200+ gallons a week. they tried to charge me for additional materials above their quote once they began the job.

They're just not reliable and their service is stressful. They were really overcharging. They've given us a terrible service and the cost also. The owner was very much involved in the process of coming out; checking in and it was fine though. They were hiring someone else that was very unreliable. We opened the pool this year; our filters were filthy. It was just unprofessional and I was assuming they would have taken care of everything.

Very poorly. Three weeks after pool opening and after five (5) chemical clearing visits and an $800 bill, the pool water was still filthy. I then took a sample to Leslie's, had it analyzed and brought home a can of stabilizer and for bags of shock. the next morning my pool was clear. I called Big Splash and informed them I was not willing to pay $500 for five chemical clearings which resulted in dirty pool water.

iI visited the home office on Monday 6.24 and arranged for the generator to be installed. Tuesday morning pool tech (john) showed up and stayed 5-6 hours re fitting pool water lines and installing the actual salt generator. At one point there was an issue ( digital unit had to be "stepped down) but master tech came very promptly and did the electrical conversion. Pool tech came back the following day, after glue joints had set and finished the install job. Tech (John) then Switched on all the new equipment and then calibrated all and Viola, lovely clean, fresh, salt water pool. Very pleased with all. To be fair I have been using "Big Splash" for a year (I did not have a pool prior to this) and last Summer Big Splash installed a new pool filter for me as well as did my weekly pool cleaning and water chemical maint. They also did my pool opening / closing. Overall, yup very pleased with the people and services of Big Splash pool service co. Cheers P.s Okay, Big Splash can be a little tough to get on the telephone even during office hours but they have always called me back within 24hrs so just be a little patient and B.S will take care of you.

Not well - looking for new company

They are very professional. They do an excellent job and are timely with responses to all of my inquiries. The crew itself is very personable and the company itself is very "buttoned up".

They are perfect. We have no problems at all. We also got a new pool liner from them, and it has worked out very well.

The owner did the estimate. I went with his company because I thought he was knowledgeable and a nice guy. After that, I never saw him again. The tech that did the liner work was very efficient and professional, however the foreman was horrible and the receptionist was rude and snippy. I felt the foreman was totally ripping me off. Every time he came there was something else wrong and another item to be replaced. He even told me I needed to replace something before it was plugged in! It wound up working fine. I finally demanded to deal exclusively with the owner who is very nice but very busy. A company is only as good as its employees, and his are horrible. I was disgusted with the whole thing.

I HAVE HAD OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE PAST AND HAD TO CALL THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE AND DEPENDABLE. I LIKE USING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE RELIABLE AND LOCAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.

THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB WITH INSTALLING THE POOL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE THE INSTALLATION WAS GOING ON WAS REALLY GOOD. THE RESPONSIVENESS ONCE THE POOL WAS DONE WAS NOT WELL.

THE WORK THAT WAS DONE INSTALLING THE POOL WAS GOOD WORK, BUT THE FINISH WORK WAS POOR. THE AREA WHERE THEY LAID THE DIRT FROM DIGGING THE POOL WAS LEFT UNLEVEL AND IN BIG CLUMPS. MY YARD WAS A MESS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE DONE.
