owner- ROSARIO DIBENEDETTO has completely misappropriated my family's estate. After my father died, this man came to our home, and took our family possessions (50+ years of an antique business my mom and dad had along with our family heirlooms), for appraisals (of items of personal attachment, that we did NOT want to sell, but we needed values, so we could split between the family equally) and sale. This man ROSARIO DIBENEDETTO (AKA Russ), then proceeded to sell our things we didn't want sold (and we actually have on video telling him not to sell them). We found him selling our property at a swap meet! We have demanded our possessions back. He has returned to us boxes of nonsense, and has kept our most treasured items, as well as extremely valuable other items, claiming to have never received or even seen them (But, again, we have him on video holding, talking about, packing up and taking these very items). He wrote us a check, which was not honored, for a fraction of what he took from us, and will not return the rest. Many of the items he took were in our family for generations, never meant to be sold, but to continue to be passed down. This man knows the ways around criminal prosecution, and how to take advantage of grieving family. We are devastated.   

Ideally, we would be satisfied if our inheritance was returned to us, along with the monies owed. We would consider dropping our civil suit, and would possibly stop pursuing criminal prosecution, if we could only get our things back. However, this person should be stopped, as he obviously preys on people in their most vulnerable times of their lives.

Over all this experience was a nightmare.
