 + -1 moreIt went very well. We got the reference from a good friend. Then called for an estimate. He came for the estimate and listened carefully to the work we wanted accomplished. He explained in detail his process and gave a fair estimate. We had a few follow up questions which we e-mailed him about and he responded within a day with the answers. We were able to schedule him and his associate to start the following week. They showed up for work the first day and just started to do the work. The came and went for the next few days working as early or as late as they needed to accomplish their goals for the day. They were always very courteous and never interrupted our daily activities. They finished their work in one week, billing as estimated with no surprises.
Description of Work: We contracted with Mr. Rono to paint our 2 1/2 story four square with aluminum siding including a porch and trim. His work is exemplary, he washed, scraped and painted by hand. He caulked many areas badly in need of caulk. He used Coronado paint which we were satisfied with. He was prompt, polite, neat and left our yard in great condition. He went above and beyond by making minor repairs in the siding.
