Been with them for many years. Quality of cleaning has dropped. Heavy turnover. Administration not helpful to customer concerns. Suggest getting other quotes. I will.

I prefer to hire someone else. I would not recommend them to anyone. They came first and said they would do a deep cleaning which means many things, but the charge is pretty hefty. I thought the furniture would be moved and a deep cleaning would be done (which ever that means to whom ever is saying it). Long story short I would not recommend these people to anyone. With the deep cleaning it was like any ordinary cleaning. Not anything special that I could see and charged me $160.

They have broken items, dinged walls, forgotten to lock the door when they leave, but worst of all when you call they are not helpful. I called recently about a broken item and received a letter saying they were no longer going to provide me with service. They left a note saying that they broke the item yet cancelled my service. Molly maid rochester is terrible and I would not hire them. I hope this helps someone before they have the same terrible experience that my family did.

I have used commercial services, such as this one before, and I have used individuals. Overall this service far surpasses the other commercial services I've used and beats most of the free lancers too. My team of two deserve a lot of the credit for this as they are thorough, on time and cheerfully complete their tasks.

I was very dissatisfied. For example in the kitchen, one of the girls didn’t even clean under the fridge. I just felt they were not thorough.

Cleaning was better they first started some time ago but lately service has been slipping.

It went very well, Charlene & Jenice did a wonderful job. Along with that they were very pleasant. I am glad Molly Maids addressed my concerns, because I now know the are good at what they do. A satisfied customer. :-)

Workers were prompt and friendly.. however they did not do a good job cleaning. My house was already cleaned but required my weekly dusting and furniture polishing and cleaning of the bathroom. They didn't really clean to my satifaction... they had an excuse for everything I really wanted them to do. they could'nt scrub bathroom floor,, clean the grease above microwave & the glass they cleaned and furniture polished were atrocious ( meaning they left lots of streaks)..This was my first time hiriong a cleaning service and not at all satisfied. The worst part of it was; I waited for someone to call to ask about the quality and satisfaction of their service. No one DID....... I will never recommend this company... An unsatisfied customer.

Molly Maids sends someone to inspect your house prior to beginning a cleaning schedule and then advises you of the price. I have had cleaning people in the past and it always takes four hours per week to clean my house to my satisfaction. Molly Maid claimed they could do it with two people and said it would take two hours. it made sense. The women who came were always polite and well groomed. I had specific areas of the house that I wanted cleaned each and every week. I was told that my preferences would be written out for the cleaners and that each week one room would get what I would call a "super clean." The super clean of one room each week did not happen. What made Molly Maids disappointing was that every week, and I do mean every week, at least one major item was not done. The cleaners came with the book that outline the specific preferences of each client but they always left it at the front door and apparently never reviewed it. For example, I do not have a lot of upholstered furniture but one of my cleaning requests was that all upholstered furniture be vacuumed each week. It rarely happened. I think sometimes they vacuumed the surface of the furniture but not under the cushions where stuff collects. On a few occasions they sprayed stainless steel cleaner on all the appliances and then forgot to wipe it off. I came home to a kitchen with dripping stuff all over the stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Sometimes, they never vacuumed under the beds. When I complained, Molly Maid always came and made the problem right. However, it was disheartening to have to call each and every week. I think the problem was that they give the women too many houses to do and because the billing is on a fixed price schedule, the faster they go, the more houses they can do. But, you can't clean properly or meet a client's expectations if you rush. The women always came and worked at a furious pace. I truly believe that the fixed price created the incentive to clean fast and get out created the problem because when the cleaners did do as I asked, they did a great job. Maureen A Pineau

My house is a lot cleaner than what it was before they got here. I had never had anybody clean my house before, so it could be my ignorance but they didn’t clean the window wells; they didn’t clean the top of the headboard in my bedroom. I saw some dust on the lower ledge of a table. They were here long enough, and it is cleaner but there were things I assumed they would do, and they didn’t. I got four instead of two, but two left.

They are highly reliable. They are punctual. That is what I needed. They do moderate to high quality job in cleaning. Their price isn’t that great.

They were pretty good for the first time. They were very nice and professional. A supervisor came out and checked everything. Later on I found a few things, nothing major, that they had missed. I called and said I would like those things taken care of and they agreed to it. It all went well. They were very quiet and didn't rush through the house like they couldn't wait to get out. The girls are very polite and they didn't ask me a lot of questions. They went straight to work after we had our initial instructions. They finished in about the time I figured. We got a written estimate before the project was started and I was impressed with that. I will consider using them in the future.
