+ 0 moreHe has still not finished as far as I am concerned. He is a nice guy and he does good work. It is not 100% finished.
Description of Work: He was a contractor. He did one bathroom and a total renovation on one the windows, doors and floors.

+ 1 moreHighly recommended!!! He has a A+ rating with the BBB and is a Accredited Business with them since 2004. I looked it up before I started the job. He always calls back, usually the same day. He will send emails, photo's, and text messages, to keep the home owner informed. His staff was courteous, and mature. All the sub contractors used on the job (plumbing, electric, ect) were the top local companies. They are very neat, do a great job and I will use them again. I have recommended Joe Burns Contracting in the past to people and will again in the future. A+++
Description of Work: Highly recommended!!! Everything was great for our renovation. We built a new garage, renovated part of the house , including 2 bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, replaced all the doors, molding, and casings in the entire house. The quote was presented on time and was accurate. He took care of filing for the building permits. They started the job as scheduled, I added some more work, and they finished on time.
