+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and very honest. He spent a lot of time going through my home and identified the problems. I then corrected him as most of them weren't a big problem at all. I followed through with the radon and termite company, and they were good referrals. I spent a good amount of time with him on the inspection. My realtor said that the referrals he made were right on. A plumber pointed out that a piece of galvanized copper pipe had been damaged. Murphy offered to compensate $100 on the cost of the inspection to which we didn't agree.
Description of Work: They are a home inspection company. He identified the problems in my home and referred me to a radon company and a termite company.

+ -1 moreBill was very thorough in describing what he was inspecting and the reasons/importance of doing so. He explained all work that needed to be done in a clear manner (not patronizing for someone who is not familiar with home repair). He was punctual and polite, and we felt very confident with his evaluation of our house.
Description of Work: Extensive top to bottom external and internal home inspection for prospective buyers. A full report is provided to the client following the inspection in a timely manner, outlining all areas covered and suggestions in addition to any critical fixes/repairs.
