Louie replaced my utility sink pump in my basement.

All work was performed perfectly and professionally. Would highly recommend for all plumbing related jobs

Reached out to Louie on Angies list as well as Home Advisor. He was first to respond. Came the day of inquiry. Was here for about 3 hours. Had issues with clogged sewer line and leaky wax seal. Found out there was blockage and flange on toilet had broken. Cost about $720.

Easy to work with, resolved the issue promptly. Called for service on a Saturday AM (Holiday Weekend) arrived by afternoon and quickly diagnosed and resolved issue

Excellent job! Louie was professional, polite, prompt, and truly passionate about his field. He was forthright with a ton of knowledge and priced fairly. He is respectful of one's house and in formalities. And much like a good dentist, he will be concerned about how your maintenance habits are when he's not there! There was a reassuring, "You're not going to have one but call me if there's any more of an issue" with regards to the work. Very pleased, would hire again right away.

I have dealt with other draining companies before and never have I ever been as pleased as I was with Snake the drain. Louie was very efficient and responsive to my needs. He responded to me and came in a timely manner and cleaned my kitchen line. I have since recommended his services to my friends and family. I will be using his services in the future and so should you! you will not be disappointed.

Louie was great! He was on time, explained everything to me before he did it so their was no surprises on the bill. Anyone I called for a quote we’re so expensive and made me feel like I was being robbed.
