Everything was great

Excellent customer service, very friendly, and cleaned up well after themselves. They even wore the disposable booties I gave them. They were on time, and texted their ETA beforehand. Workmanship was very good. I am not sure of their pricing - it felt high, but don’t have anything to compare.

Snake the Drain plumbing was amazing. I am so glad that my husband and I opted to use this company to fix out hot water pipe issue. Our primary bathroom had a leak that effected several rooms in our house. Louie and his team quickly responded to our call and immediately solved our plumbing issue. Armand even came back the next day to check in on the work that was completed. I am looking forward to being able to work with Snake the Drain plumbing again. Their customer service, timeliness, and fair prices truly qualify them as a top notch company.

Ken assisted by Niko quickly replaced the hot water heater within the day. Louie drop by and took a look and also further explained the work to be done.

This was not an emergency blockage being a kitchen drain yet they treated it as an urgent request. Showed up when they said they would and presented an estimate for the job. Fair and guaranteed. No mess Armond left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Very satisfied and happy with the quick response and resolution.

Very responsive, came within an hour of our inquiry. Was very open and forthcoming about the work and the risks. He did a very careful and very neat job and we would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

I requested an emergency service, Luis called me right away and said that he can have a tech out to my house within the hour! Armand showed up, diagnosed the problem, really put in the work to pull out stubborn panels that were hiding the pipes and discovered that a seemingly simple clogged tub drain was in fact a true emergency with a steady leak that had been dripping for 2 years! He called Luis to come help him, missed other previously scheduled appointments and provided an excellent level of service! They didnt leave until the job was done right! He even found a second leak that he put a temp patch on and you bet we'll be calling them to fix that, too!

Louie was very professional. We had an emergency pipe leak the day after Christmas. He responded to our inquiry within minutes and came to assess the work just hours later. They knew what was wrong, did a good job explaining it to us, and provided us with options. We decided to fix the main water valve that was leaking as well as the exterior pipe that burst due to the pipes freezing. They finished the work in less than 2-hours. Now we have water again! I would recommend Louie and Snake the Drain for their responsiveness, professionalism, and competitive pricing.

Quick and efficient service.

I had an unknown leak coming from my bathroom and Louie from Snake the Darin was the first to respond. He showed up the same day and got to work promptly! I highly recommend!!!!
