Rocco the owner performed the work. From the initial call to completion he was the perfect gentleman. He provided a price quote over the phone said he had to order part and gave follow up calls to provide updates when the part would be in. Very soft spoken and prompt service. Showed up 1/2 hr early to the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Rocco answered the phone when I first called. He gave me the price up front. He came 30 minutes early. He did a great job and was very helpful. I had an issue with my boiler and he gave me some good advice. I would highly recommend him.

The owner of the service does the work himself. It was done in a very professional manner with care taken not to spread soot or ashes into the livingroom (tarping over fireplace opening, etc.). I have a very heavy fireplace insert (600 plus pounds) that Rocco was able to manipulate both out of and back into position. It was a real pleasure having Rocco do this job. I will certainly use him in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Can't say enough good things about this guy. Called Rocky for a chimney inspection as fireplace was not used in years. Rocky came over climber on the roof looked into the chimney, came in the house inspected flue and chimney wall, then told me the chimney is in perfect condition and there would be no bill. When I insisted he refuse to take any money. I called him back to install a cap screen - total bill was $160 (the screen was $100). Thank you Rocky.
