+ -1 moreI called Bill and explained the situation. He came the very next day. He took a look at both spickets and tightened the nuts which solved the leaking. Of course I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. I can't tell you how nice and friendly Bill was. He could have told me the spickets needed to be replaced but he didn't. He was honest and that's more important than anything. Bill was professional, quick to assist and such a great friendly individual. I recommend him and would hire him again in a minute. Thanks Bill.
Description of Work: The water spickets to both hoses were leaking water and both spickets needed to be replaced. This was important because I had just seeded the front of my home and it needed to be watered quickly.

Description of Work: He replaced a kitchen faucet which leaked (A new faucet was bought by me from a store) and the pipes under the kitchen sink but the leak was from the seal between the sink and the pipe. He fixed that leak but I found leaks from two areas of the pipes he replaced and one of them was leaking in speed of two drops per second after he left. I did noticed that his testing was brief. Maybe he was tired. He came back and fixed.

+ -1 moreWe have spent over $400 with 2 plumbers trying to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. It still leaks. Bill took a look at it and gave me some suggestions, one of which is it's inside the faucet itself. He also pointed out the leak which the other plumbers had never seen. He said the faucet should have a lifetime warrantee. He had just spent 2 days repairing pipe leaks in my basement so I didn't ask him to try and repair the faucet. He said it would cost more more than the faucet is worth. It's a Grohe.
Description of Work: He replaced both hot and cold water pipes. He said we were lucky we didn't have a flooded basement. Replaced multiple leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. He said we're lucky our basement didn't get flooded. R

+ -1 moreCalled McBill Plumbing around 2:00pm, said he was in the middle of a job, but would call in a couple hours when available--which he did. Arrived around 5:00pm, assessed the issue, removed the damaged valve (which was not easy) and installed a new valve which I had already purchased. A timely response and a quick and thorough remedy to my situation!

Description of Work: I just moved into the house two months before. I had many plumbing projects that needed to be done. Bill came on Columbus day. He replaced several water cut off valves that had been dripping. He installed a new outside water spigot, with a new water line in the basement. He installed an under the sink water filtration system. He installed a new cutoff valve for the washing machine. The toilet had a clog due to a toilet brush that broke. He removed the toilet, snaked it out, and reset the toilet with new parts. He got a lot done in one day.

Description of Work: I had a leak from the drain pipe in my downstairs bath wall do to a bad joint connection, Called McBill the evening of 2/19 at about 5:30 and left a message. Promply at 8:00 on 2/20/2013 Bill called me back and showed up 15 minutes later and inspected the job and said he could possibly be back that same evening. Sure enough he called me back at 5:30 and came right back and took care of my problem. Most people would like to be home eating dinner at that time, but he new of my problem and rectified it. I have used McBill many times and have refered him. He had done the redo of my main Bath and solved many leaks many times. Good work McBill,

They are almost always available the same day We've had problems with other plumbers not returning calls or not showing up for 2 or 3 days so that is why we keep using them. We like the ability to get the work done promptly. They have been able to get the work done in the timeframe they have given us. Their price is fair enough.
Description of Work: We used McBill Plumbing & Heating because we were redoing our bathroom and they helped us with the shower drain. They reinstalled the drain and pipes. They had to go through the downstairs ceiling to get to it.

They knew how important is was for me to have my sink working for Thanksgiving, so they returned at 8pm the night before Thanksgiving to install the faucet, after I spent most of the day trying to find the part. They definitely went above and beyond!
