Lawn Dreams

I used him 1 season and he nickel and dimed me for everything. At the end of the season he wouldn't cut away any of the ornamental grasses. He told me he'd do it in the spring. Well, March, April and May came and he was nowhere in sight. I had left several messages for him and finally he called me back. I asked why he hadn't done the spring cleanup, and told him my grass was a mess, very tall with weeds about 12". He told me he left a new contract in my mailbox, raising the season $600 because he wasn't making enough money off of me and figured I never sent it back or called him because of the increase. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Very rude and his work doesn't warrant an almost 50% increase. Buyer beware.

Jeff is not a bad guy and his work is OK. His prices are fair. The reason I would not use him again is that he tends to complain a lot about how much work he has which has nothing to do with me. He makes it sound like he is too busy to do my job or that he does not appreciate my business or any business for that matter. He can be very defensive if you question anything he does or even if you ask a question in general... he goes right to the defense. It just was not worth it to continue to do business with him.

They do very basic lawn services. They are reliable and responsive. They do their thing and I don't have to think about it. They are not geniuses. The guys he has working for him still sometimes don't know the difference between a perennial and an annual but honestly, I can't find that anywhere. He is a young guy and he is a little defensive sometimes. He is learning.
