Description of Work: I originally hired Clifford to frame my extension project. I then had him install the floors, floating wood floor and tile. When that was done he installed the kitchen cabinets.

 + 3 moreCliff came into what was an almost completed extension and identified all of the areas that were wrong and had to be redone. He was here everyday at 8:30 with awesome workers. He consistently communicated his progress and plans each day, which is so important when you are under construction. He recommended skilled trades that assisted in the completion of the project and he supervised their work. Every person that worked on our house, at Cliff's recommendation, had the same work ethic and level of expertise that he has. The floor was tiled perfectly, the windows and doors were installed perfectly, sheetrock and spackling was flawless. He installed custom cabinets in an area that was very tricky and he did a perfect job. There are absolutely no complaints about any work that was done by him or at his direction.
Description of Work: You will not find a more talented, dilligent and trustworthy contractor than Cliff Austen. We added an extension to our home with an upgrade to our kitchen. We started with another contractor, who was a complete disaster and we had to terminate him. We found Cliff Austen and we were saved. Unfortunately, a lot of the work we had done had to be ripped out and we had to start over. Cliff is an expert in almost every area. He made sure that our framing was properly corrected to support our home, which had not been done. He made our home safe and beautiful. We are so pleased with everything he has done, that we cannot sing his praises enough. Prices were fair and there were no hidden surprises. He is a perfectionist and if you hire him you will not be sorry. We still have other areas of our home that we want to upgrade, Cliff Austen will always be our number one choice.
