BROTHERS II LANDSCAPES INC

The finished product looks fantastic, and I'm sure will give us many years of use. Brothers II was the second lowest quote for this project, but we went with them as the company with the lowest quote had been hard to get in touch with when we'd used them previously. We also went with them as they were obviously knowledgeable about the project. While other contractors asked us "Where do you want it and how big?", they worked with us to figure out the best placement and size for what we wanted, and problem solved how to work around certain features of our home and yard. There was a little bit of a delay between when work was originally supposed to begin and when it actually began, but the work was done during the busy summer season.

Price and quality of work was good. Project was not run well. Crew spoke no English and owner never showed up at site. Job should have taken 5-10 days but took 3 months. Crew showed up maybe 1 day per week. Owner didn't return calls until I threatened to cancel job. My guess is they had too many jobs going on.

Called them, they gave me a proposal, I accepted, they never called. They Didn't seem interested. Waste of my time.

One of the few landscapers/lawn care companies to get back to us (which is largely due to the fact that we waited until high season to try to line someone up). Left a message, then made a follow-up call when we didn't hear back (left the message before the July 4th long weekend), and they mailed us an quote within about a week. It was a fair price and they do a very good job--they've been twice so far and make short work of the yard, plus they came once to do a pretty extensive pruning job on all the shrubs/bushes surrounding our property. They did a quick check-in with us as to which shrubs to do and cleaned up well after. Thus far they've been pleasant, efficient, and punctual. If all continues as it's been, we'll continue using them for a long time.

Everything was first rate. They finished on time and the price was reasonable.

Brothers II Landscape Inc. is a very reliable and trustworthy company. We call them lawn bees because a 6 man crew comes and literally swarm the lawn. They are in and out in about 15 minutes. They come faithfully every Wednesday. Professionalism is a little lower grade because they usually don't speak English.
