Description of Work: Ray attempted to fix my garage door which would not open with the auto door opener. He took off a part of the lifter and said it needed to be replaced, came back a week later replaced it - along with the new keypad I requested, told me he couldn't get the keypad to sync to both doors like the previous one did. He said the door was good and it was shaky I told him that the rod needed to be replaced he said ok. Next day we went to open door and it didn't work just like it did before I called him. I called him, he said he would return the next day..never returned or answered my calls- but cashed my check. I have reported him to Consumer Affairs.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. I found them on Angie's List. I called them up, they did the job, and they did a very good job. I wondered if the door was a little too tight, but other than that it was perfect.
