Craftsman Fence Corp

The installation of the fence was completed in 2007.The material was pvc. that's what they used at that time.The salesman Tom Madigan assured me it's the best material.The fence held up,or so I thought,until someone showed me the fence on the south side of my property two years ago. I had called them at that time.No return call.I am not at this property year round.I started calling the company again around 3 months ago.No return call.After giving them a call every week for two months,they finally called back and said they would take a look at it. That was last week,approximately May 18. I was told that they don't use that material,they have better material now. I explained that only 6 post's are involved,why just 6 post and not all of them,their are at least 11 more. He had no answer for that,expect to tell me that it would cost me $500. to fix it. I can only assume that Craftsman Fence Company must feel that they have been in business for so many years that the poor job that they give one customer,or two,or three ,or four,or five....wait, you know what,that old adage, that one unhappy customer tells ten of their friends,well that still holds true. But this unhappy customer now has Angie's List.
