Description of Work: My Mother, in her 80's contracted with Vinylseal to install new windows throughout her 4 bedroom home and side the upper portion of a split level. The roll out windows immediately began to fail, they were difficult to close and the handles stripped within a year but it took almost two years before we got an inspector there who told us the windows were poorly squared and aligned and the windows were of poor quality that allowed the handles to strip. This is a home with just two adults and no children. The large picture window leaked from the beginning and you have to go outside to force it closed. The siding also had begun to bulge off the front of the house, their solution was to place big screws across the front of the house to hold it on. This of course looks awful. The bottom line is they took advantage of an elderly lady, using cheap materials and sloppy installation.
