It was great. Vito was pleasant, fast and competent and he completed the work in a short time.

It (really they, because this review reflects all the work he's done for us over the years) went great. Vito treated us like we were is only customer. He puts himself in our place and prioritizes what's important to us. We've used him on the business/professional side and on the personal side. We expect he's going to be technically proficient, an expert, and he is, but he is also completely professional, non-plussed, easy going and reassuring. He's routinely pointed out ways we could save money by not upgrading when we didn't have to, buy software we could get free elsewhere, or make a repair we really didn't have to have. He's been great. He's our guy. We would not look for someone else. One more thing: He is also completely honest, an important, but regrettably not universal, characteristic. As clients we have to rely on what technicians tell us. We rely on his judgment without question.

Excellent. I was concerned that since this was a small individual system- not a business, that it was too small to bother with. That was not true. Vito did well to make me feel at ease and his approach and promptness to my problem were terrific. I now have a working system and network with a backup plan in place. I continue to contact Vito at times if I don’t understand something or need some advice. Most of the cost was for new equipment.

Vito responded within an hour of my message and set up an appt to fix all within 48 hours. He was punctual, pleasant, did what he was hired to do and some other computer related issues while he was in the office, and price was very fair. I would highly recommend. Nice guy.

Vito was on time, gracious, and very patient with someone that lacks computer savvy. He explained everything in understandable terms.

VDM (Vito) is reason I use Angie's List. He picked up the computer, diagnosed the job in short order, made the necessary repairs and adjustments and returned the computer. It appears to be in fine working order and the price was RIGHT! I would absolutely let VDM try to repair my computer before I would run out to buy anything new.

Excellent! I spoke to the owner, Vito, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things so that I could understand them (I'm not very computer savvy) and picked up my computer from my home at my convenience. He kept me updated on the progress and returned my computer to me in a timely manner. His prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again if I have any computer issues.
