NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES HORRIFIED THAT A COMPANY CAN RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THEY DO. I hope the owners know how their supposed management treat customers. I am horrified by the way this company does business. Spoke to receptionist she was rude and nasty when I asked them to correct the matter. The manager was even ruder and yelled at me as if I was a child. She listened to nothing I said and hing up on me after I refused to buy into a new contract. I never asked this company to turn off our sprinkler system, but they did. If fact, we even called them and informed them we are the new home owners and did not want our sprinklers turned off when they left a bill/contract for the previous owner. The previous owner even called them when he left the house and informed them the property has new owners in mid June.

We have not seen them since (over 1 year) and our grass has dies despite having a sprinkler system in place. I am taking the time to warn others that this is a totally unreliable company. It is impossible to get anyone over the phone and as stated are unresponsive. Look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration (and money!).
Description of Work: Our house had the sprinkler system installed by this company when we bought it.

Went very well..I thought there was a lot of damage and according to the technician...not at all..got them up and running.there was no charge. I also use them as a seasonal contractor. Very happy for 20 years

Excellent job! Completed quickly and Very neat. When job was complete they explained how everything works and you could not even tell sprinklers were just installed. They even Repaired all the grass and added seed. These guys really did an A+ job for an A++ price! Hire them!

It was a good price. I spoke go multiple quotes. They used all Hunter (top of the line) equipment. They came 20 after 8 and were gone by 2 pm and installed 7 zones. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installing staff went about their business, 1, 2, 3. They were very good and didn't need additional instruction, very experienced crew.

Description of Work: UNDERGROUND SPRINKLOER SERVICE, BREAK IN THE HOSE/LINE OR PIPE, EXTENSIVE FLOODING, STAFF LEFT ME WITH A LARGE DUG HOLE, NO SPRINKLERS AND A FLOOD TO CLEAN UP. THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO FINSIH THE JOB. THEY TOLD MT TO CAL THE OFFICE FOR ANOTHER DATE TO FIX IT. LEFT MESSAGES AND SPOKE WITH OFFICE STAFF, REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER SERVICE APPOINTMENT. TOLD ONLY "JEN" CAN DO IT AND SHE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE FINALLY JEN GOT TO THE PHONE, AND BEFORE I UTTERD A SINGLE WORD, SHE SCREAMED AT ME, STATED THAT I SHOULD STOP YELLING AT HER--I HAD NOT SAID A SINGLE WORD, NOT RAISED MY VOICE. I ASKED IF SHE WAS SPEAKING TOME, AND SHE SAID YES, AND THAT " I WAS GOING TO YELL OUT HER." THEN SHE SCREAMED WE WILL NEVER COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM, AND HUNG UP. THE COMPANY IS OWNED BY ARTHUR WOLFE, AND HE IS NEVER AVAIABLE TO REMEDY THE SITUAITON. YOU HAVE TO BE AS INSANE AS JEN TO USE THIS COMPANY.

contractor showed up on time, job was finished in one day (they worked in the rain) and then I was briefed on operating the new system. Job was performed well and very neatly.
Description of Work: Installation of new sprinkler hoses heads and rain sensor with a new control box. Plumbing was fine so it did not need to be replaced.

They were excellent.

Sprinkler Service Artys has always been very, very responsive. They provide excellent service and are very cooperative. I have a service contract with them which I pay annually. They would get all top grades in all of your categories.
Description of Work: They serviced my sprinkler system in the spring. They checked the 10 heads and adjusted the clock.
