From the time we first contacted Robert, everything seemed to get easier. He helped us to locate houses that were in our price range (or slightly above and dropping) and saved us time by checking them out before us. He was always on schedule and let us know what paperwork and payment was necessary way before there was any pressure. He was very professional and dealt with the many different personalities involved in the deal with skill and patience. And we had a very quick closing (especially by NY standards).
Description of Work: We had contacted Robert before to sell our co-op in Queens, so we knew things would go well. He completely streamlined our house purchase. Negotiated price and the many caveats associated with new construction. As this was a house purchase for us, the cost was paid by the seller.
