+ -1 moreNo stars at all. This company is a rip off. They work for Choice Home Warranty. CHW sent them to my house to fix my gas burner. I have no heat right now. I paid the guy $85 for my service fee and he never came back to fix the gas burner. When I called him he said call CHW I have nothing to to with it. What do you mean you have nothing to do with it, you took my money. I called CHW and they told me to call him. I explained I have several times and he's telling me to call you. They call him while I'm on the phone and he doesn't pick up. They give him 2 hours to call them back. The next evening I get an email stating Mike Repairs has marked this claim unnecessary so he will not be coming back to fix the burner. This man got tired of me asking when will you be returning so he lied and closed my claim. This all started December 2nd and today December 13th I still have no heat. Now that CHW realizes what he did they offered me a refund and sent someone else. This guy is a piece of work and a bum. Maybe it was a racial thing I don't know because he had no problem taking my money and not coming back. I guess leaving a black person without heat is funny to him. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! Family owned, HA

He was punctual and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. He was considerate to maintain a clean work environment. The price he quoted was the price we payed. He even serviced our AC units. I was so pleased with his service that I referred him to 2 other families for boiler and AC maintenance. I was even more pleased that they had similar pleasant experiences. Thanks Mike.

+ 0 moreMy central AC broke down on one of the hottest days in the summer. I called and he asked me to check my breaker and various of other things, after all failed he came out and let me know my compressor had a short to ground meaning I needed a new one. Then I explained to him we lived here for 20 years with no issue, then I decided to upgrade my system since it's so old and Mike explained the lifespan of an hvac system is 15 years. Thanks Mike
Description of Work: Upgraded my furnace and central air conditioner. He was so neat and honest.
