+ -1 moreFrank had done a good job and he was not hard to get in contact with. He did not however let me know ahead of time that he does not do the screens unless you request them and there is an additional charge. I will call Frank to do my windows again.
Description of Work: Frank had cleaned 5 windows in my apartment inside and out from the inside of my home. I have tilt in windows. He charges $8 a window.
