Bonnie did a great job designing and selecting the shrubs for the front of my house She came in under budget, on-time and is a pleasure to work with Most of the landscapers I called, before Cipriano were not responsive and in some cases did not even return phone calls Bonnie schedules appointments, visited the property, and understood my objectives and requirements before she designed an appropriate arrangement and selection of plants and shrubs The Cipriano crew were friendly, and completed the work as promised, under Bonnie's direction I am now going back to Cipriano for my next landscaping project

They have a one year guarantee on flowers and plantings. Two plants had died within two weeks and they were reluctant to correct the problem and honor the guarantee. There numerous problems throughout the project. When I tried to exercise the warranty they refused until I went to the Department of Consumer Affairs and BBB. They even banned me from the premises. They also overcharged me which they confirmed, but refused to credit me the amount.
