First Contract: Replace rear entrance door with new door and storm door. Second Contract: Kitchen was a complete gutting and remodeling (new cabinets, counter top, back splash, plumbing, electrical, leveling uneven floor [mudding], sliding patio door, paint. Unforeseen issues with wall studs and sliding door headers corrected professionally. Third Contract: Living room & new Kitchen damaged due to burst water pipe. They assisted in working collaboratively with my insurance company to ensure comprehensive damage recovery. Living room floor ripped and replaced to code, and stained. New joists were installed to level floor. Insulation installed where required (ceiling / floor). Pipes rerouted towards inside wall. Sheetrock replaced and painted (ceiling & floor). Project Work-scope is presented in a detailed estimate for customer’s review and necessary adjustments, if required, and will be presented into a formal contract if customer agrees to proceed. Sure Renovations is committed to your project from start to completion. They are perfectionists, neat throughout the construction, and cleaned up after themselves.
