The company communicated clearly and arrived on time. Cleaned chimney and visually inspected flue opening system. Drop cloths are used to keep the area clean during the process.

I like the guys that came out to work on my chimney. Positive attitude and very respectful with the house. Clean up after themselves. Had a minor issue after 2 weeks or so, called them and they came right back to address the issue. Would recommend them or will use in the future for other services.

We had water leaking into our basement from the chimney. Paramount was the only company that would come out to look and do the job. They corrected a problem with our chimney liner that apparently wasnâ t fastened correctly and did some repairs to the brick and sealed everything. No more leaks! Would highly recommend.
