chimney repair
+ -1 moreThey came out and did a detailed inspection and then never followed up with an estimate. I made several phone calls, there was always and excuse, someone on vacation, out sick, etc. Finally gave up trying, very unprofessional. I guess I dodged a bullet, if they were that bad before the job I can only imagine how it would have gone during the job. Don't waste your time.

Kenny was able to inspect my chimney and thoroughly explain the results to me in a way that was easy to understand and also told me everything I needed to know. He was very friendly, and he got the job done quickly. These people work hard to maintain a solid schedule to provide service to as many people as possible! I would definitely recommend them!

+ 0 morePossibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. Technicians showed up and were fine -- but the company cancelled the day the service was to be performed claiming the rain prevented them from working (though work was indoors). They rescheduled only after much back and forth with their incredibly rude office staff, and then cancelled the rescheduled work the morning of. They've never returned calls to apologize or to reschedule. STEER CLEAR!!
