Raccoons were living in my attic and Loves trapped and removed them humanely. When all the animals were removed they were able to close the opening in my roof without me having to contact another company. They did and very good job and I would highly recommend this company.

Animal in attic. Called 11pm and owner answered. He was very abrupt and rude. i told him i work nights and get home at 8am and go to bed right away. He said "so call at 8 before you go to bed". i said i would call in the afternoon. he said call at 8am. i said OK, then i will find someone else and i hung up. No wonder he received an F previously. I should believe the reviews.

This customers response I just cant understand. I never did any work for him but he calls me up supposedly at 11 pm and I asked him to call me when he gets home before he goes to sleep. And for this I get an F.I only get customers by talking to them on the phone. The only reason I can tthink of why I didnt trab him as a customer before he got away was maybe to save him an emergency or special time fee like after normal hours. I will never know because he isnt clear on anything.

Mr. Love laid down traps for the squirrels, fixed a small hole in the roof, and recommended we trim some trees that might be allowing the squirrels to jump on the roof. Initially he was available quickly (we called on a weekend,) and was priced in a reasonable range. However, he was not quick to remove the trapped squirrels, which I did not want sitting on my lawn while guests would be coming over for Thanksgiving. He appeared to work alone and resented being asked to come by to pick up the animals within 24 hours of them being trapped. He also was hesitant to try more aggressive trapping measures. When questioned politely about these and some other issues, he became argumentative. Eventually, we did rid the house of the squirrels, but if I had a similar issue I would certainly try out another company next time.

To answer Member's complaint, I started working for her on the weekend which most companys wont do..I was already working there for 6 days. I was picking up the squirrels I caught evrey day but unfortunately you can catch a squirrel in a few minutes and legally I have 24 hours to pick him up. This rule is good for the squirrel and good for the customer. Unfortunately there are some animals caught after you left and your now thirty miles away and you have other animals that have been caught elsewhere and need to be picked up and they have been waiting. You just cant go back and forth every hour. I picked up her animals and more were caught and she was upset that her company might see them. I told her I am sorry but I will pick them up within 24 hours and she should for the squirrel to stay calm and warm to put a towel over it and that will also help keep her guests from seeing the trapped squirrels. She didnt like that. She was a good customer.

The owner is not a friendly person, and was occasionally sarcastic and rude. He is impatient and bristles at questions. You will need to carefully ask about the terms beforehand, especially with regard to what exactly their charges cover; e.g. how many animals, the duration of their service, etc. On the good side, they do respond quickly and will do the job. It's just a matter of deciding whether there's anyone else who can do the job in a more pleasant manner.
Description of Work: They got rid of my raccoons.

Sometimes theres a customer and sometimes theres a worker that cant understand things. Like my quality and work and responsiveness are all A's but professionalism is an F. You try to tell someone that it doesnt matter how many animals are caught and they wont be charged anymore all the while working on top of a roof and working off a ladder and they will still inquire while your there. Now your on the ground and you have to hurry and go to your next job and your telling the customer not to worry that everything is going to be fine. Sometimes you cant say that magic word that calms their fifty questions.but my quality is atill an A and my customer doesnt have anymore aquirrels.
