 + 1 moreReferred by friends I hired Padraig to rebuild and remodel our home after superstorm Sandy. He was very professional as well as his entire crew, a pleasure to work with. His craftsmanship and everything they have done for us is amazing, we love our "new" home! He had great ideas that helped us make our final decisions and I can't speak highly enough of the skilled work and final outcome. We used this company for the entire project from rebuilding and remodeling to new roof and windows. We are so excited about our new kitchen it is perfect! I would highly recommend this company and so happy a friend referred them to me.

They really ticked all the boxes for us. trust worthy dependable affordable neat The owner is very hands on and keeps in contact with you through out the project. The workers always clean up at the end of the day. They were more than willing to do anything I asked of them and had a lot of great ideas to help put my bathroom together. Their craftsmanship was excellent. They added interesting details to my bathroom that i didn't even think of. We are planning on using them again to do our downstairs bathroom and kitchen.

 + 5 moreI don't believe it could have gone any better. He drove me to his suppliers so that I could see the freshly milled molding myself before I purchased them. He took my ideas and my husbands ideas, arbitrated between them and made sure that we were both happy. I have a 10 foot tall bay window that I wanted a cornice box over which could hold draperies. Because of the way the ceiling lined out this posed a serious problem. Not once did he ever tell me it can't be done. He always figures out how to make what I want happen. This particular time he sat for hours and sketched and measured and climbed up and down the ladder until he came up with a solution. His dedication to the project and my happiness makes the room all that more comfortable.
Description of Work: I can not begin to express how happy we are with the work that Keenan Precision Carpentry has done in our home. The very first job he did for us was a tile floor in my washroom about 14 years ago. Since then he has renovated every aspect of our house. From siding to all three bathrooms, our kitchen, crown molding and finally his greatest work our sitting room. Words cannot express the detail and craftsmanship that he and his employees did, the quality of his work in my home is simply impeccable. Padraig is a true Irish gentleman, he was patient and informative through an intricate project and never once protested when I continually changed my mind. He has always treated my home as his own and has taken the utmost care to ensure that it is as tidy as possible at the end of the work day. If you visit his website the project with the sunken sitting room, mahogany fireplace surround and bookshelves with raised panels and a coffered ceiling is my home.
