Mike Ferer (Owner), Barbara and his other associates were quite helpful and quick to respond to my initial sales call, technical questions and order concerns during the time I was in transition from my former security company. ATCLA among many services specialize in self-monitoring through Alarm.com at a low price. Additional automation features may be purchased that far beat the prices of the larger alarm companies. Their minimal monitoring contract commitment is a plus for me in case the level of service ever changes for the worse. Mike does his 2Gig equipment sales through a different website called Buy2gig.com and has also teamed up with 2GigForum.com to provide technical support and advice about using the 2Gig alarm system. Security Partners Advance Monitoring Solutions does the alarm monitoring. I highly appreciate Mike's broad knowledge of his equipment, industry insight and ability to help a stranger miles away from the Tri-State Area (Dallas,TX to be exact). I can imagine that the level of service would be just as high or better to anyone needing local security and other technology integration solutions in and around East Islip, NY.

Haven't had the installations done yet but will have them done in the next 2 weeks. I will update this review after the installs are completed. UPDATE: Had all 3 systems installed. Mike and his team did a great job. George was the installer and did great job. They showed up when they said they would and got everything hooked up then tested the system and went over the system to ensure that we understood how it works. George did a clean and neat job. Laura in the office was also very helpful with scheduling. They will send you email alerts to confirm schedule. I had a lot of questions and George had the patience to answer them all. Mike followed up after the install with a call to see if I had any questions on how to monitor the systems remotely and the different features. Great job. Very pleased.

They are good. I would recommend them. My experience with them was an A. I would use them in the future.

Sebastian came and checked the whole system and spent a lot of time. He decided to put in a new transmitter. I would use them in the future.
