All County Asphalt Maintenance has been in business for over 10 years and is located in Suffolk County New York. We are strictly a pavement maintenance company providing top quality work for all services performed throughout Long Island. We are NOT a paving company doing maintenance on the side when things are slow. This allows us to perform each job to the highest standards in the industry. The owner is present on EVERY job, either working or overseeing the work performed. This ensures the performance of the highest quality work. We take pride in our work and use only the highest quality materials available. We are continuously expanding our expertise, attending classes and seminars to gather the latest industry knowledge. We take our business very seriously and we guarantee the quality of our work.

Description of Work: They were supposed to arrive between 12pm & 3pm to seal and repair crack in my driveway. It is now 6pm and no one has arrived, no one has called. I have tried calling them several times, and all I get is an answering machine. I would never recommend using this company as they are completely unreliable and unprofessional. |

Called on a Saturday a few weeks ago and spoke to a young lady (Chrissy, possibly). She took all my info and set-up for an estimate on the following day. No one came and I never heard back from anyone in this company. On 9/16, I got a call from Rob of All-County, who sounded like a nice guy. He said that an estimate was left in my mailbox on that Sunday but I never saw it. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt at this point. Maybe just a misunderstanding. Overall rating should actually be a and quot;N/Aand quot; but the list doesn't allow for it.

The estimate was submitted to you and you never gave the ok to do the job which would entail putting you on the schedule and calling you a day prior to coming out to service the driveway. Just because we gave you the estimate does not mean we had you on the schedule and which is why no one called you back. Today 9/15 I myself left you a message and if you would like to discuss this further or like to get the driveway sealed then please call.

It was a great job! It's very smooth. The driveway alone was about $800. The driveway was done in one day and the street in about two days.

They were very good! No problems. The work turned out really good. They are very reliable. They work with you on the price. They are pretty reasonable. They call back to make sure you're happy and if you're not they'll come back out. They go out of their way to help you.

Last year they sealed my driveway and the quality was good. We had an appointment scheduled 4-5 times. They didn't show up twice, they canceled another two times, and the last time they just never called back. I hired someone else to do the work this year.

When you hired us to seal your driveway you were notified that our schedule was about a week out and that someone would call the day before to set up and confirm. In no way do we book appointments prior to calling the day before. Everything is based upon the weather and that following week was just about a full week of rain which pushed our schedule back some time. When we called you, you notified us that you had hired someone else. I apologize for any inconvenience.

[member name removed], thank you for the positive review. Although I don't quite understand what you meant by not smooth. Seal coat is like painting with just about the same material consistency. If the wall or the driveway isn't smooth then the sealcoat is not honing to be smooth. I wish you would called and asked questions when originally done. I would been more then happy to explain. I hope you decide to use use in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the sealcoating job that All County did for me last year! After an extremely bad winter we had some cracks show up in our 3 year old driveway, so we called AllCounty for an estimate for repairs. He eased all our concerns about what the repairs would look like after they were done, so we went ahead with the work. We are again Extremely pleased with the quality of the work!! They are also the neatest workers we have ever used..no black spatter on our paving stones or brickwork! Thank you All County! An added bonus is that they are very reasonably priced!
