Description of Work: I don't know where to begin.. Everything these guys touched they did wrong. they installed our duct work improperly panning bays in a flood zone crawl space and in the inside of the house, the exceeded the manufactures venting lengths on the boiler cause major boiler malfunctions which we had to eventually buy a new boiler to replace because we lost the warrantee when fired them from the project. People make mistakes and usually we are willing to work through them but George the owner is very nasty and treats you as if you work for him. I am a 3rd generation builder with 15yrs field experience and hold a master degree from new York university in construction management, but yet this uneducated hvac technician couldn't respect me or the people that work for me. He fabricated lie after lie and eventually it just became more of an issue then losing a few thousand dollars so we kicked him off the job. Since then I have spoken to just about everyone I know about him and found out he has done similar things to many other builders and home owners in our town. In fact I have collect several testimonials of what he has done to disrespect and perform poor workmanship on their projects. Even our local building inspector had word for him. So if you are considering 3js I would ask for a few letters of recommendation and not one from his only builder in town Aron construction. Also, being that he is a compulsive liar I would seriously investigate those references. He certainly fooled me at first as he does make a good impression at first, but he is not a good person and a worse businessman and technician.

Description of Work: Nothing! They left and did not fix our boiler because there was snow in the yard and the workman left instead of carrying his tools in the snow.

Description of Work: Charged for services which were not performed. Security tapes were reviewed and service was simply not performed. Charged for work that was not needed. Report was filed to the East Hampton Building department. The impression is that you are dealing with a company but its simply one individual George Garcia. The East Hampton Police are informed. What Mr. Garcia did not realize is there is also a camera in the attic. Buyer be wear.
