Work was done quickly, no mess was left behind. I would not hesitate to call them again when the "to do" list gets overwhelming I thought I was dealing with Mr Handyman on Black Rock Tpke in Fairfield, Ct - perhaps they are a part of the East Hampton office? Can't find my receipt right now to verify.

The responsiveness was very good. Professional and friendly, and somebody came to the do the job just a few days later. The job was good, but gave it a "B" because after she left I did find some spots that she had missed, generally above and around some moulding. To be fair, I should have caught those when I did the final inspection but they were minor and the lighting in the bathroom isn't very good. It was only over the next few days that I noticed a few spots here and there. Very easy to touch up on my own.

Everything went brilliantly. Anne in the home office knew her business and we scheduled 6 separate days of work. Robert did a whole variety of jobs (tile work, electrical, carpentry, etc,) all wonderful. Almost a shame I ran out of work. Apologies to Anne and Robert- I should have written earlier but I was still admiring the work.

Again, easy to deal with, honest, great craftsmanship, but brother will you pay for it.

Everything was very smooth with the entire project. I made a call, explained what needed to be done, scheduled the day and time to meet and the work was completed quickly and professionally.The professional that performed the work was very knowledgeable about the product which I had purchased, He explained common problems, ways of maintaining the floor and why he made cuts or patterns in the manner of which he did.

The people at Mr. Handyman consulted with me several times in advance of the installation, including asking for pictures of the job. They gave me an estimate in advance of both work time and cost and both were accurate. The installer showed up precisely on time both days and the work was done with precision and neatness. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

His workers are wonderful, but Monty rushes his workers and overbooks jobs. They also left a lot of material behind.|

Our experience with Mr. Handyman, Inc. was great. It was a complicated problem, and we had several other heating specialists abandon us after they looked at the problem and didn't know what to do. Mr. Handyman, Inc. stuck with it, over the course of 30 days, and finally solved the problem, which was multi-layered and needed multiple things done. They're persistent and had the ability to keep looking for new solutions. They spent hours here. They never left us without heat, even on Thanksgiving, even though that meant being here until midnight.

Showed up on time, quickly confirmed the suspected issue and since I had provided make and model of stove, had the part with him. In a word - efficient.

Mr. Handyman, Inc's price was a little steep but they did extras, they showed up on time, and their responsiveness was very good. I would get an estimate of what it costs beforehand but I would use them again in the future.

It was 2 days worth of work. He was very professional and the guy knew what he was doing. They were a little pricey. The owner was very nice and courteous. He was good. He was on time and here when he told me he would be here.

Showed up 5 minutes early and did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards.
